If u noticed, the sky is actually too bright, the buildings have neon lights as if it's at night and the road is red. Why?
The city is nocturnal. The town is at night but the sky is in the morning. The red road.. is actually a river of blood which symbolizes virgins who "died" in the night looking for u-know-what in the redlight district of Shinjuku. The Japanese likes to use this sentence ," Would you like to have breakfast in bed?" as a polite way of saying spending the night together with their target. Hence, the morning sky.Hm. Hopefully this is not confusing. LOL.
Anyway, this was done using acrylic on canvas.
